As a business owner, I find it most important to keep my employees engaged and having fun at work! To foster such an environment, I make sure to really get to know my employees and find out where their interests lie, so that I can distribute the work in a way that helps them feel motivated.

On our team we leverage the Gallup Strengths to help us all understand each other's unique talents. Knowing this helps us to better connect with one another and fosters a sense of belonging and engagement that makes for better outcomes for work projects and for our overall wellbeing.
