What do you do in your business to keep your employees engaged?

Here is an example of a response below:

As a business owner, I find it most important to keep my employees engaged and having fun at work! To foster such an environment, I make sure to really get to know my employees and find out where their interests lie, so that I can distribute the work in a way that helps them feel motivated.

  • Your Business' Impact

What is the main reason why you started your business?

What impact do you hope your business can have on the community?

Here is an example of a response below:

I started my dog grooming business because when I was growing up, my family couldn’t afford to take our dog to the groomers, so it became my dream to make dog grooming more affordable and accessible to everyone in the community.

It is my hope that my business can provide the community with an affordable, trustworthy, and loving space for their dogs to get the grooming experience they deserve!

They are hoping to provide a series of arts-based workshops (free of charge) at local shelters or organizations that serve people who are unhoused. For those who are willing to participate, we will also conduct small story circles or interviews. All of that research will be used to develop a new play with music... Continue reading
