Live Well San Diego North County Community Leadership Team


The North County Community Leadership Team, established in January 2012, helps guide planning around health, safety, and thriving priorities in the North regions. The group fosters information sharing and connectivity among partners, supports aligned efforts across organizations, and provides space to identify regional priorities and advance North Region's Community Enrichment Plan.
