The North County Community Leadership Team, established in January 2012, helps guide planning around health, safety, and thriving priorities in the North regions. The group fosters information sharing and connectivity among partners, supports aligned efforts across organizations, and provides space to identify regional priorities and advance North Region's Community Enrichment Plan. This page serves as a collaborative space for the County of San Diego’s Community Leadership Teams (CLTs) to share updates, resources, and key takeaways from ongoing discussions. Its purpose is to enhance communication and support cross-regional learning.
