This year, we’re proud to co-host the event in partnership with San Diego State University (SDSU), bringing together our shared commitment to advancing collective impact and community well-being.
This Virtual Connection Hub (VCH) page will serve as a digital hub to expand the reach of the event—to offer ongoing access to presentations, get your input, and provide data tools and collaboration opportunities aligned with the Live Well San Diego vision of Building Better Health, Living Safely, and Thriving.
