July: Live Well on Wheels (Live WoW) Campaign

• This campaign highlights the Live WoW program at the County of San Diego. The Live WoW bus provides San Diego County residents access to a variety of free health and community services - on the go!

August Events:

• Fostering Belonging: Community Leadership Team event
  • At our North Central Community Leadership Team meeting, we celebrated 15 years of the Live Well San Diego vision with community partners and learned how organizations can foster belonging (Aug 13).
• Live Well, Unplugged! Social Media Campaign - Starting Late August
  • Nature Unplugged: Launched a summer campaign with Nature Unplugged and the County of San Diego Parks and Recreation to inspire San Diegans to unplug, get active, and gear up for the 2025 Hike-A-Thon (Late Aug).

September Events:

• Measuring What Matters Data Summit and Networking Event- September 5^th
• Healthy Aging Across the Lifespan Webinar
  • Highlighted Southern Caregiver Resource Center with a webinar on healthy aging and lifelong well-being (Sept 17). In case you missed it, watch the recording here!
  • Hike-A-Thon Kick Off Community Event- September 27

October Events:

• Hike-A-Thon Group Led Hikes – Starting October 4^th, 9am at San Dieguito County Park
• Registration begins in September!
