Live Well San Diego (LWSD) Regional Community Leadership Teams are comprised of diverse partners and agencies who work together to advance a shared vision of a region that is healthy, safe, and thriving. Meetings provide a space for networking, identifying regional priorities, sharing tools and resources, and facilitating collaborative action. Projects are community-driven and centered on improving equity for all.

LWSD South Community Leadership Team Mission & Vision Statement

Mission: Improving the well-being of the South Region community through collaboration and policy system, and environmental changes that promote equitable, healthy, safe, and thriving.

Vision: An equitable community that is building better, living safely, and thriving.

Workgroup Vision Statements

Behavioral and Mental Health: Create solutions that provide equitable access and remove barriers to behavioral and mental health resources and services for an improved quality of life.

Food Insecurity: Everyone in the South Region community has sustainable access to culturally appropriate, affordable, healthy food from local sources through partner collaboration and support.
