Live Well San Diego East Region Leadership Team

The Live Well San Diego East Region Leadership Team (ERLT), established in 2011, consists of more than 60+ community-based organizations. The LWSD ERLT aims to provide focused efforts embracing equity, inclusion, and access to resources and services for its San Diego East Region residents. The LWSD ERLT's initiative aims to amplify collaboration, facilitate resource sharing, and promote resident engagement, all contributing to the overall improvement of the region.

Meeting Schedule:

  • If you are interested in presenting at a future ERLTM, please complete this form. Presentations should be approximately 15 minutes in length. Partner Spotlight presentations are a 10-minute segment highlighting your areas and communities within the East Region. Once your presentation is approved, a coordinator will contact you to request a copy of your slides and coordinate all logistics.
