  • Looking to see what other Colleges/Universities Health Services are planning regarding the distribution of COVID-19 test to students in the Fall semester, now that free test kits are only being sent to individuals and not to organizations. Will you still distribute free COVID-19 test kits?

    Dear Community Member,

    Thank you for your question. Listed below are a few resources that the Live Well San Diego Education Sector Team recommends for COVID-19 testing.

    The San Diego County COVID-19 Testing page has various resources on where tests can be acquired, as well as guidelines on when to test, and understanding test results.

    The CDC is also providing COVID-19 testing resources through their Increasing Community Access to Testing (ICATT) for COVID-19 program. Testing locations can be accessed using the ICATT COVID-19 Testing Locator.

    If further information is needed, we also recommend reaching out to SafeSchoolsTeam@CDPH.CA.GOV.
