Our mission is to foster a healthier, safer, and more supportive environment for immigrants, refugees, and other underserved and underrepresented communities. Our vision is to create a space where these individuals, families, and communities can thrive as engaged and productive members of our diverse society.

At SCIRC, we believe that strong partnerships and collective effort drive meaningful change. We are dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by these communities and are committed to providing the resources and support necessary to help them flourish.

Strong Hearted Native Women’s Coalition, Inc. works to bring awareness against sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sex-trafficking, and murdered & missing within tribal communities in California. 

Program provides services to community members and their children impacted by family violence, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and Missing Murdered Indigenous People "MMIP".
