Live Well San Diego North Central Community Leadership Team

The Live Well San Diego North Central Community Leadership Team (NCeCLT), established in 2011, consists of more than 60+ community-based organizations. The LWSD NCeCLT aims to provide focused efforts embracing equity, inclusion, and access to resources and services for its San Diego East Region residents. The LWSD NCeCLT's initiative aims to amplify collaboration, facilitate resource sharing, and promote resident engagement, all contributing to the overall improvement of the region.
Meeting Schedule
